Limiting Low Noise Amplifiers
BRIEF INTRODUCTION
This series limiting amplifiers combine low noise amplifiers with a GaAs FET output limiting stages. The frequency band of this series rang from 0.5-2 GHz through 2-18 GHz. The nominal gain range from 35dB to 77dB, combined with saturated power outputs that remains within a very narrow window for an extremely wide range of input signal level. Other important features include excellent full-band saturated power flatness, low small signal Noise Figure, VSWR, Harmonics, and an integrated voltage regulator.
