Microwave electric vacuum devices include klystron tubes, traveling wave tubes, magnetrons, echo tubes, cyclotrons, virtual cathode oscillators, etc., which use electrons to move in vacuum and interact with peripheral circuits to produce oscillation, amplification, mixing and other functions. Microwave semiconductor devices include microwave transistors and microwave diodes, which have the advantages of small size, light weight, good workability, and power saving, but in the case of high frequency and high power, they cannot completely replace electric vacuum devices.
The device formed by the combination of solid-statemicrowave power devices has the advantages of high efficiency and easy to use, and is of great significance to realize the all-solid-state of electronic equipment such as radar, communication, and electronic countermeasures. Microwave oscillators (microwave sources) are important devices in microwave systems, the heart of electronic equipment, and have a direct impact on their performance. For example, in high-power microwave weapon systems, high-power microwave oscillators determine their lethal effectiveness; In a radar system, the microwave oscillator determines the range of the radar. Microwave oscillators will further develop in the direction of high power, high efficiency, miniaturization, power saving and low cost.
Usually used in communication antenna systems, VC vapor chambers, high-frequency resistors, plastic array oscillators, etc. are microwave components, which are the basic parts of antenna microwave assemblies, and microwave components are assembled and used by special processes.
