Microwave equipment is mainly composed of four parts:

(1) Power supply part. Including rectification, filtering and voltage stabilization, among which the rectifier circuit is a key part of microwave equipment, which turns alternating current into direct current; The function of the filter is to filter out high-frequency clutter and interference signals; The function of the regulator tube is to stabilize the DC current at a certain value.

(2) Antenna part. These include feeders, reflectors and couplers.

(3) Transmitter part. It consists of a transmitter and a power amplifier.

(4) Receiver part. It is mainly composed of receiving antenna, matching network and demodulator.

(5) Control circuit system: mainly including controller, sequential logic circuit and other components.

(6) Auxiliary power supply: provide the energy required for the operation of microwave equipment and the entire system, such as battery packs.

2. Classification according to working frequency:

(1) According to the working frequency, there are low, medium and high frequency.

(2) According to the transmission mode, it can be divided into coaxial transmission and non-coaxial transmission.

3. According to the different scope of use, it can be divided into industrial microwave equipment and civil microwave equipment.

4. According to the different uses, microwaves can be divided into the following types:

(1) Medical applications;

(2) communications;

(3) radar;

(4) electronic computers;

(5) Remote control technology;

(6) Remote sensing detection;

(7) meteorological observation;

(8) Marine resources development, etc.

5. According to the working principle, it can be divided into the following three categories:

(1) Mechanical structure;

(2) magnetron structure;

(3) Dielectric film structure.

6. According to its principle of action, it can be divided into the following categories:

(1) Heat conduction heating;

(2) Electromagnetic induction heating;

(3) Electromagnetic wave heating.

(4) Laser radiation.

7. According to the device used, it can be divided into the following types:

(1) Semiconductor devices;

(2) Ceramic devices.

(3) Insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs).
